Online Orders

How do I order?

Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out.

Do you have minimum orders?

There are no minimum quantities so you can order as much or as little as you like. Our wholesale price breaks apply to order quantities of the same product style and can be made up of multiple colours and sizes within that style. The relevant price will be automatically applied upon adding items to your cart.

How much it will cost for shipping?

We think paying for shipping sucks, so you don’t pay for Shipping, we do. 

How long it will take for a out of stock product to be in stock?

It all depends on how quickly we can get more of it, demand is typically pretty high but we do our best to make sure our stocks are always full.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

No and you totally shouldn’t, it means you wont be getting your product and we’d hate to disappoint.

Can I pick up my order?

Sometimes you don’t want to pay for shipping, and we get that. So by arrangement, you can pickup your product from our office in the CBD in Auckland. You’ll have to arrange it with us first.

I cannot access my account.

Please log in using your email and password on the top right. If you have forgotten your password please follow the prompts to reset your password.

Once logged in, under My Account you may view your account details, addresses and orders.

I'm having issue with a promo code.

Promo codes are applied at cart or checkout. Please note that some promo codes are case sensitive and have an expiry date.

How do I report a site issue?

To report any issues with our desktop or mobile sites, please contact Just by clicking here and select the “Report a Site Issue” option from the drop-down menu.


Do you have a retail store?

No, sorry we are online business. But we do have an office you can pickup your goods from.
